Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This onsite role involves evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition and safety.

You will document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current license in good standing.
• Experience delivering OT services to seniors in SNF or post-acute settings.
