Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time float position near Burke, Virginia. The role includes clinic-style therapy across Sunrise at Silas Burke, Sunrise of Braddock Glen, and Woodleigh Chase, with 30–40 hours weekly and a pay range of $45–$49 per hour.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Virginia license or license eligibility required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat residents to restore independence and function.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Support daily activities and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Provide compassionate, creative therapy sessions.
