Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is offering a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity near Burke, Virginia. This role requires 30+ hours per week with a Monday-Friday schedule in Sunrise at Silas Burke, an assisted living and memory care facility.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide exercises, manual therapy, and education to improve function and relieve pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary teams as needed.
