Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. The onsite role will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You will document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve daily functioning and quality of life.
• Document progress and care in EMR.
