Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to support daily activities and safety.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety. You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist with current state license.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute settings is preferred.
