Renewal Rehab seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This onsite role evaluates residents, develops treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You will document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers, contributing to a supportive culture and opportunities for mentorship and professional

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current license.
• Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience documenting in EMR and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
