Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This onsite role involves evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active state license in Michigan or eligible for licensure.
• Experience delivering OT services in skilled nursing or post-acute facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions and document progress in EMR.
