Job Qualifications:

• Must hold a current certification and GNA license in Maryland

Job Requirements:

• Assist nursing staff with the completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs
• Perform vital signs on residents at the beginning of each shift and as directed
• Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in residents’ behavior, emotional state, or physical condition
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Assist in transporting residents as needed
• Provide companionship to residents
• Ensure the safety of our residents
• Assist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engaged
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
