Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a part-time Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Shifts include Day and Evening, with compensation commensurate with experience ($20.00–$24.00 hourly).

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living activities
• Provide person-centered care to meet residents' needs
• Assist with ADLs and daily routines
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner
• Support resident activities and programs

Job description

Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA). Our GNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: Commensurate for experience between $20.00 - $24.00 hourly

We are looking for fill various part-time openings for our Day and Evening shifts

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Current GNA certification for the State of Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required
