Competenze
- Six months of general experience
- Education or training may satisfy experience requirements
- Demonstrated KSAs: ability to provide range of patient care and observe status
- Ability to communicate with patients/families and health professionals
Mansioni
- Provides care under close supervision and assists with ADLs
- Assists with restorative care activities and mobility
- Performs basic nursing tasks under RN/LPN supervision
- Documents treatments and care in medical records
- Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
- Maintains privacy of Veterans and promotes dignity
