Formación

• Six months of general experience demonstrating ability to acquire NA skills.
• Ability to provide a range of patient/resident care and contribute to nurse care plan.
• Ability to observe patients’ physical or emotional status and refer deviations to supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Observe patients/residents and report changes to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients/residents, families and health professionals.
