Job summary
Atlee Hill Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Westminster, MD is seeking Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to support our geriatric residents with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. This non-exempt, part-time role offers flexible day, evening, and night shifts and is perfect for companions who value compassionate elder care.

Qualifications
- Active Maryland GNA certification
- Prior experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to geriatric care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to geriatric residents
- Monitor and document health status, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
- Support ambulation, repositioning, and fall prevention
- Build relationships, provide emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality geriatric care
