Cumberland Nursing and Rehab in Cumberland, Maryland is seeking a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our care team. The GNA will support residents with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, and overall well-being in a senior care environment.

Positions offer competitive hourly rates of $20 - $24 hourly, with shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with night/evening shifts are available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide mobility and ambulation assistance, including transfers and walking with residents.
• Assist with personal care (toileting, incontinence care, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, vital signs, and behavior.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop care plans.
• Provide support and companionship to residents to promote community.
