• EMR: Cerner
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care focus.
• Office Patients: Patients are seen in the office with some off-site home visits in the surrounding area.
• Project volume: 250 patients.
• Typical work week: option to work 4 or 5 days per week in a clinic setting and off-site visits throughout the community to accommodate patient needs.
• Typical patient visit load: 2 new consults a day and follow-up visits.

Pay Range

$109,803 - $160,078 /year
