Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time Geriatrician to join our busy department in Prescott, Arizona. You will care for a diverse geriatric population with dementia and palliative needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination and outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient education, shared decision making, and potential home visits, with a 4-hour admin time weekly and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Geriatric Medicine or Hospice & Palliative Medicine as required.
• Experience or interest in dementia and Alzheimer's disease populations.
• License to practice medicine and a valid DEA certificate.

Responsabilités

• Provide geriatrics care in a clinic setting with 6-10 daily patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families and engage in shared decision making.
