Job summary

Embassy Manor in Edison, NJ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing setting with cardiac, stroke, wound, and pulmonary care programs.

The NP will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and therapy staff on care plans, manage medically complex residents, support readmission prevention, and communicate clearly with families as part of a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an NP.
• Prior SNF/LTC experience required.

For over 20 years, Embassy Manor has been a trusted name in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care in the Edison community - and our Nurse Practitioners are at the center of how we deliver care. Prior nursing home experience is required for this Nurse Practitioner position.

This is a great fit for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who wants to practice in a clinically sophisticated skilled nursing setting. Our facility runs physician-led specialty programs in cardiac care and CHF, stroke and neurological recovery, wound care, and pulmonary disease management - meaning our NPs manage genuinely interesting, medically complex patients alongside a devoted interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and treatment for residents and short-term rehab patients
