Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in geriatric settings, including leadership/supervisory roles.
• Must possess CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing procedures as ordered by physicians following guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, licensing, and agency policies.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff; communicate with participants and families.
