Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing program.
• Licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Work with Medical Director for patient-specific medical care.
