All Seniors Foundation, in Los Angeles, seeks a Nurse Practitioner Preceptorship Coordinator to lead a groundbreaking no-cost preceptorship for NP students in geriatric care. You will recruit preceptors, oversee placements, and partner with academic and healthcare institutions to expand the program.

The role requires an NP with California licensure and 5+ years in geriatrics, plus a passion for mentorship and education in senior healthcare.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and valid California licensure (MSN or DNP required).
• At least five years of clinical NP experience, preferably in geriatrics or senior care.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional mentorship and advancing healthcare education.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a complimentary preceptorship program for NP students focusing on senior healthcare.
• Recruit, onboard, and guide a network of preceptors in the LA healthcare community.
• Facilitate student-preceptor pairings and monitor clinical placements for program efficacy.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and healthcare partners to promote the initiative.
