Job summary

CarePartners Health Services, a member of Mission Health, seeks a clinician to provide primary care for PACE participants in Western North Carolina. The role supports vacation, sick leave, surge volume, and program growth with a team of practitioners and staff.

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a collaborative setting focused on quality of life for older adults. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/certified in any specialty.
• Experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for PACE participants including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and oversight.
• Work alongside Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment focused on quality of life.
