Job Summary:

CarePartners is seeking a geriatric physician to join our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

• Board eligible/certified
• This is an independent role and candidates must have experience treating geriatric, internal medicine, or mental health patients
• Please note that this position does not offer visa support

Description

Specialization: Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine

Position Highlights:

• Schedule is M-F, 8 am to 5 pm, with on-call coverage
• Incoming candidate will join one other physician
• Practice is well supported by APPs, LCSW, LPNs, and RNs
• Performs procedures necessary to implement the plan of care; consults with interdisciplinary team regarding patient assessment findings
