Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine.
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to older adults focusing on healthy aging, chronic disease management, and quality of life.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care coordination, functional independence, and individualized treatment planning.
• Work with patients and families to establish goals of care and support shared decision-making.
