Responsibilities

• Take care of patients in the nursing home setting, including long-term and skilled patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and coordinate the care of these patients with an APP.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Coverage is mainly a Monday–Friday schedule.
