Job summary

Ivy Living's Oakmont community in Seal Beach, CA is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents with medications and daily care. You will coordinate with pharmacies and physicians, maintain accurate records, and promote a safe, respectful environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of medication assistance in a RCFE or similar setting, HS diploma, and ability to pass background checks. LVN is a plus; MS Office skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience assisting with medication in a RCFE or similar setting.
• HS diploma or equivalent; LVN preferred.
• Ability to pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order, track, and document medication changes and deliveries.
