Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks an LVN Medication Nurse to support the medical component of the Adult Day Care Center. You will supervise medication administration and monitor participants’ health status per the plan of care developed by the Interdisciplinary Team.

The role emphasizes education, vaccine tracking, and collaboration with the Pharmacy, Transportation, and Quality Improvement teams to ensure safe, effective medication management and compliance with state

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in Texas with current license.
• Experience administering medications to elderly preferred.
• Bilingual abilities to communicate with participants and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Document MAR and EMR entries per regulations.
• Coordinate vaccinations and vaccine records for participants.
• Monitor vaccine data for CMS reporting needs.
• Order and manage medications with pharmacies and coordinate pick-ups.
• Educate participants and caregivers on proper medication use.
