Job summary

BST SENIOR LIVING WEST INC located in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a qualified LVN to supervise and provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders. You will manage the medication regime, ensure a safe environment, and communicate with family members about residents’ care.

Qualifications

• Must be an LVN in the State of Texas and in good standing with the Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Hold current CPR, AED certifications, and maintain the required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for licensure.
• Be able to demonstrate and train others in the use of professional nursing equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established standards.
• Manage medication regime including acceptance of physician orders, transcribing orders, and ordering medications.
