Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to support operations within the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Positions are primarily located at the Menlo Park VA Medical Center.

Selected candidates will provide practical nursing care, support registered nurses, and document patient interactions carefully. A current LPN or LVN license in California and at least two years of LPN experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN or LVN license in California.
• Minimum of two years of recent LPN experience in skilled nursing or similar settings.
• Ability to provide nursing care for adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Support RNs in care delivery and perform LPN-level clinical tasks.
• Document care accurately using VA systems.
