Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking experienced RN/LPN candidates for LTC/SNF assignments in Illinois. The role includes IV therapy, patient assessments, medication administration, dressing changes, and wound care with in-house RT support during weekdays. CNAs assist with vitals and ADLs, while admissions/discharges are RN-led.

Experience: minimum one year preferred, geriatrics ideal; first-time travelers welcome. Orientation consists of one 12-hour shift on the floor, with no mandatory call.
