Apploi is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in New York. The role requires independent assessment and treatment with a focus on geriatric residents and quality patient care.

This position offers immediate hiring, with shift options from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm and a competitive hourly rate. Daily pay available and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY state.
• Hours: 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm.
• Full time and part time shifts available.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
