Zenith Healthcare Services seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individualized and group counseling to an elderly population, onsite at our facility in New Jersey. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and a current LPC license in New Jersey, with strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Current and valid LPC license in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to residents.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.
• Support families and caregivers in aging-related challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Assist in crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Educate staff and residents on mental health and wellness.
