Senior Care Therapy seeks Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities. The clinician handles clinical care, collaborates with facility staff, and supports patient-centered outcomes while SCT manages billing, credentialing, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Strong English communication skills—oral and written.
• Basic proficiency with technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions (depression, anxiety, cognitive decline).
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support care.
