• Fully licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong assessment and psychotherapy skills with geriatric focus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychological services, including screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Long-Term Care facilities in your area.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, plus behavioral management services.
