Qualificações

• Geriatric medicine experience preferred.
• Outpatient clinic with no inpatient duties.
• Mon–Fri 9am–5pm schedule; shared call by phone.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient primary care to geriatric patients.
• Coordinate care with on-site cardiology, imaging, nutrition, and services.
• Participate in patient education and care planning.
