Job summary

Well-established clinic is seeking a primary care physician with a focus on geriatric medicine to provide outpatient care to seniors. The practice offers cardiology, imaging, nutritional services, medication dispensing, and resource support on-site, with a 9am–5pm, Mon–Fri schedule and shared call coverage by phone.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Excellent communication with seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with on-site cardiology, imaging, nutritional services, and pharmacy teams as needed.
• Share call coverage by phone.
• Manage a moderate patient panel (approximately 15–20 patients per day).

In addition to primary care, the clinic also provides cardiology, imaging, nutritional services, medication dispensing, and resource support on-site. You'll see 1 5-20 patients per day. Outpatient only, no inpatient needs. Office is open only Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Call coverage shared (only by phone). Group will consider either an FP or IM trained physician.
