Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services in the Knox County Area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as the facility’s day-to-day clinical leader, delivering internal medicine services to short- and long-term residents.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, oversee resident care, and coordinate with medical directors to ensure high-quality, patient-centered treatment plans in a fast-paced SNF setting.

Qualifications

• APN licensure with an applicable state license and DEA registration.
• Minimum one-year experience in Skilled Nursing setting (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine services as the facility’s lead clinician in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and manage acute/chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and develop patient management policies.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and facilitate referrals.
• Document encounters and CPT coding accurately.
