Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment.
• A medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• NYS Board certification in a primary care specialty.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine.
• Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges.
• Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State.
• Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate, adequate, compassionate and quality medical care of Parker's residents in coordination with the health care team.
