Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Long Branch, NJ and we’re looking for licensed Physical Therapist Assistants who want to make a hands-on difference in the lives of older adults. Working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist, you’ll carry out individualized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises and functional activities in patients’ homes via FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR.
• Coordinate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other care team members.
