Job summary

Addington Place of Clarkston in Michigan is seeking an experienced registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents according to established protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Active LPN/LVN or RN license in state of Michigan.
• Fluent English to communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per established protocols.
• Assess and monitor pain, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document in MOR.
• Develop and implement care plans with the nursing team.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure timely resident care.
