Job summary
Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking a California-based Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide nutrition care and education to Central Valley PACE participants. The RD will assess nutritional status, develop care plans, and communicate with physicians and health professionals.
The role includes some remote work and training at Modesto before the Stockton Center becomes operational. The position offers compensation of $48.00–$52.00 per hour, with comprehensive health, retirement, and flexible
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or closely related field.
- Current Registered Dietitian registration.
- Current BLS CPR Card certified by the American Heart Association.
- Minimum one year health-related job experience, or ability to pass internal competencies within six months.
Responsibilities
- Performs nutritional assessments and reassessments per standards.
- Provides nutrition education to participants and caregivers as ordered.
- Educates staff and community on nutrition.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver education.
- Coordinates 24-hour care delivery and documents changes in medical records.
