Qualifications

One year of experience in nutrition counseling and assessments is required.
Experience in geriatrics is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Perform and document nutrition assessments for participants.
Develop and communicate individualized nutrition plans.
Provide education and guidance on nutrition to participants and families.
Assist in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Supervise Dietary Aides during kitchen operations.
