• Prepare, deliver, and pick up resident trays while maintaining meal schedules.
• Perform departmental cleaning and stock supplies as directed by the Director.
• Assist in dietary functions during emergencies and strive to avoid food waste.
• Label food and check shelf life to prevent foodborne illness.
• Report equipment wear or malfunctions to the supervisor.
