RespectAdultDayHealthCare LLC in Winchester, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team in a community-based adult day health setting. You will provide patient-centered care, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support participants and families.

Applicants must hold MA RN license and BLS/CPR, with strong clinical assessment skills and excellent communication. This role offers meaningful work and a supportive, team-driven environment.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Geriatric or community-care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for adult day health participants.
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams, physicians, and family members.
• Provide health education and wellness guidance to participants and caregivers.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line clinical intervention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and compliance records.
