Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA
• Experience in geriatric care or community health nursing preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document participants' health status and care needs daily
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and family members regarding health concerns
• Provide health education and wellness support to participants and caregivers
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line clinical intervention as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal adult day health care regulations and standards
