• Interest in geriatrics; read, write, speak and understand English
• Knowledge of dietary techniques and procedures

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals, desserts and snacks per menu; follows special diets.
• Serves meals that are palatable and presentable.
• Keeps work area clean, organized, and sanitized.
