Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Completed recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a CNA.
• Commitment to caregiving and private home care.
• Willingness and ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care.
• Assist with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
• Support clients to stay safe and independent at home.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Follow the plan of care and communicate with the care team.
