Job summary

The academic clinician will join a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for Medical Directorship, teaching, QI, and outcomes research within a clinician-educator track.

Qualifications

• Academic clinician with focus on geriatric medicine.
• Experience in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
• Leadership in multidisciplinary care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative transitional care programs bridging inpatient stays and SNFs.
• Collaborate with case management teams at UCI Health and partner SNFs.
• Engage in teaching, quality improvement, and outcomes research.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient consult services as part of geriatrics division.
