Job summary

Senior TLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CNA/CMA to provide patient care and assist with procedures in the clinic. You will work under the guidance of the Clinic Nurse and the Clinical Services Director to support participant care.

Required are 1–2 years of CNA/CMA experience or CMA/RMA experience, a High School diploma, and a valid NC license or certification. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer/EMR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years as CNA I, CNA II or 1–2 years as CMA/RMA; experience with frail elderly population.
• Licensure: Valid NC license, registry, or certification; unrestricted driver’s license.
• Immunizations: Up-to-date immunizations and able to be cleared for communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills participant care within CNA/CMA scope, under supervision of Clinic Nurse.
• Provides personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, transfers) and basic triage.
• Schedules participants and navigates care with IDT for continuity.
• Documents care in EMR and communicates changes to team.
• Assists with vitals, lab procedures, and transporting participants.
• Maintains clean and organized clinic spaces and supplies.
