Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the PCP in daily clinic operations. You will greet and room patients, take vitals, perform routine diagnostics, and help coordinate care within the health system.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year MA experience, phlebotomy exposure, and BLS certification. You will work at ArchWell Health centers, interacting with diverse teams and geriatric patients in a value-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a NA-MA program or similar healthcare training required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience 6+ months desired; BLS recommended.

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake, measure vital signs, collect medical history.
• Assist PCP with patient exams and routine diagnostics.
• Greet and room ArchWell Health members; document information accurately.
• Handle patient calls, triage, and relay messages per protocol.
• Support health coaching and follow-up with patients.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
