Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with at least one year in-home health or geriatric care.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and supervise needs per care plan.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate to Health Services Director.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.
• Document resident data per community policy and update care plans as needed.
