Trinity Health LIFE Kinder Park is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide essential daily living assistance for elderly residents. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal support, and mobility, empowering individuals to remain as independent as possible while living in the community.

This full-time, day-shift position supports at LIFE Kinder Park with occasional home care tasks. We offer a warm, patient-centered environment, competitive pay, sign-on bonus of $2,500 with

Competenze

• Must be an active certified nurse assistant in PA.
• Minimum of one year experience with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Superior written/verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused, able to adapt to change.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic email/calendar skills.
• Position may require 10% local travel.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance maintaining independence for daily living activities (toileting, showers, eating, grooming).
• Assist participants in maintaining physical activity, exercise and walking.
• Provide behavioral supervision/support (reality orientation, reminders for nursing/medication, diet restrictions, emotional reassurance).
• Assist with conversations, recreation, meals and housekeeping.
